Very lemony, these chewable Iron tabs absorb quickly. My body keeps more of it, according to my endocrinologist.

I've bought these twice, as they were really a good alternative to regular constipating iron, which also upset my stomach. These do not cause either problem, but I wanted to warn everyone that they cant be transferred to a different container - for example, a daily pill planner. The iron tabs became moist, disintegrated and smeared. I lost the other pills in the planner because I wouldn't take the iron-covered calcium and my capsules also began to get soft because of the iron disintegration. It wasn't a fluke- for some reason, I kept doing it because pill planners are easy for me to remember all of my pills. The planners were kept in my nightstand drawer, not anywhere near a moisture source. Just an FYI.
