Legacy Standard Bible, Large Print Wide Margin Reddish-Brown Faux Leather (LSB)

Heavy Bible, feels good holding and reading it when it has so much heft to it. Wonderful, literal word for word translation. Stays true to the original texts especially when it comes to God’s name. I still catch myself reading The Lord when it says Yahweh though. Gotta unlearn the years and years of memorizing NKJV. Love that it has no distracting footnotes on the bottom of the pages. It’s just the texts and nothing else. The 2 place holder strings are amazing, super convenient when you’re reading in 2 different places in the Bible. Very nice touch of having the next verse always start on the next line below, super easy to find verse numbers this way. I’ve had a NKJV and an ESV Bible but this LSB Bible is certainly my favorite. So in my most humble and honest opinion, that most certainly and most assuredly isn’t biased is that the LSB is the best translation of this current day. Therefore buy this Bible and if it’s too expensive download the youversion Bible app for free and switch it to LSB.

Very good design and readable fonts...

For years I have read the KJV bible and struggled with understanding. I love the poetic nature of the KJV but it’s more important to me that I understand what I’m reading. It is my understanding that this bible translation is the most literal translation of the Hebrew and Greek texts written in modern English. It is very understandable and has given me a renewed joy for reading Yahoveh’s word! Highly recommend!

This is the first Bible I bought as a premium, and I'm fully satisfied.

Amazing traditional Bible. Great for a gift for someone who just wants straight Scripture and nothing added in. Incredible presentation for the price. Pretty thick pages, gorgeous gold edging, lovely leather cover. I’ve never been so pleasantly surprised.

The print is easy to read. The red letters I love. I love how each sentence and verse is a separate line so easily found when in church. Nice margins for notes. Not a fan of the paper which is super thin and very hard to separate. The golden edges were pretty messed up when it arrived as though the process failed somehow. The faux leather is not holding up well either and bends but doesn’t bend back well. I should have spent a few extra dollars and purchased the leather jacket. But it reads beautifully and feels like a whole new view of scripture.
