This one strand is a game changer for me. I started researching single stands and tried this and wow. More effective than expensive brands too. I had SIBO and treated it and thus has helped even with inulin (which isn't recommended with sibo ) glad I took a chance. Good for slow digesters and hypothyroid in my opinion.

Ich hab mir diese kleinen Dinger geholt, weil mein Bauch manchmal echt Drama schiebt. Irgendwas mit „Mikrobiotop“ und „ausgleichend“ klang ziemlich fancy, aber im Grunde wollte ich einfach nur weniger Stress mit der Verdauung. Was soll ich sagen? Die Einnahme ist super easy, und nach ein paar Tagen fühlt sich mein Magen tatsächlich… ruhiger an. So ein bisschen, als würde da jemand im Hintergrund Ordnung schaffen. Ob es meine Darmflora wirklich „stärkt“, kann ich natürlich nicht beweisen, aber ich fühl mich schon fitter und weniger aufgebläht.

Great product for people with gut/ skin issues. Since taking this in the morning my eczema has cleared up a lot. (Not the only thing that’s helping towards it, but it’s definitely helps in aiding your skin & gut I find).
