Wearing medium tshirt and order medium size, I suggest to go with large if you wear medium or 40 no shirt.

I have been caught before with this - there is absolutely no size difference between the offered sizes.

Cheap polyester instead of nylon? Big disappointment! 😞 The stitching is terrible.

There is no way to wear it under ur shirt or tshirt and it doesn't show. Stitches lines or cut lines are so awkward and not avoidable
