Seller's description shares that the fabric provides natural light transmission but also privacy. These were my primary requirements. The weave is subtle, tasteful, and looks more expensive than the price. I am very pleased.

These valances are perfect for my new cottage decor I am doing. I got the grey ones. They are perfect, for my den windows and flow with the kitchen colors we have done. I used them on a large window, and I picked up the flower (light beige) color for longer side panels that are solid. They are nicely made and material is a nice linen so I have the same material for the side solid panels. They pop and I love them. They say "happy" valances or tiers whichever your design calls for. If you look at them, the light will dictate the color, some days they look like a soft grey or even a soft brown/ grey. Shipping was fast and nicely packaged. :)

Valance was supposed to measure 52” to width (size of my window). Didn’t even come close. I gave this an extra star because the curtain itself is very nice.
