Q: Does the desk comes with wheels???

Yes. Both locking wheels and flat feet are provided with the desk. Your choice as to which to use.

Q: What is the green item that comes with the desk? I couldn’t find it in the user guide or instructions.

It is a bizzare pen/phone/paper holder. I had to do some research and eventually found it. But you can put stuff in it on your desk essentially.

Q: i am missing structural components four small #2 boards that hold make up top shelf) where can i get replacements?
