Q: Did anyone travel with this backpack on a Ryanair flight? Is it acceptable?

Ryanair hand luggage restrictions are 55x40x20cm, so if the seller’s statement is correct and you don’t fully pack it you might be able to squeeze the two cm in depth. It’s so close to the permitted dimensions though that my guess is that they won’t check. This will definitely require you to purchase the second hand luggage option though, as without that option you are only allowed a personal bag, which can currently only be 40x20x25
