My functional doctor had me on the Megamucosa along with a activated charcoal cleanse product. I started researching microbiome labs and noticed this product. It seems pretty pricey but when breaking it down to a monthly cost its pretty affordable especially if you are looking to heal your gut. I was already taking the Mega Spore Biotic and just started following this kit's protocol as well as cutting out high fodmap foods. You have to really get serious about the diet in conjunction with the kit. Stay away from inflammatory foods for the first few weeks. It's really up to you to monitor your symptoms and be mindful of the foods you eat that give you symptoms. This is the third month and I've added megamucosa as directed. I am still following a pretty low fodmap diet but have been adding in some trigger foods a little bit at a time and monitoring my symptoms.
