I bought these not so much for urinary issues but for dealing with ingrown hair issues on the buttocks area. These work well because they cover higher up in the back to absorb leakage there. Very satisfied with this product.

I bought these underpants for my partner for those just in case scenarios. He use them for several days after he got out of the hospital and the times he was unable to get to the urinal in time. I am happy with the absorbency of the product. Also, I like that they’re easily laundered with no stains or smell. Granted they were in the wash within 24 hours. I should mention too that they were not noticeable under his loose fitting shorts.

Good absorbency. Seem to keep falling down into my pants even though these are the right size for me. This is a good product, just not excellent. Some urine passes through by the legs. I don't know why.

I had high hopes that these would do the job and I could stop buying Depends for Men. Unfortunately, they do not work any better that a cotton pad. Yes, they absorb. But they fail to keep the moisture in the absorbent area. The result is a damp pair of briefs halfway through the day.I would not re-order them and will be returning the additional 6 I purchased (but have not arrived) and going with a different approach.

More cost effective, convenient and less embarassing than draging huge packages of annoying, bulky pads across the supermarket scanner. The product is comfortable to use and does exactly what it is designed to do. I will be switching over my entire briefs drawer. I do take issue however with the devlivery packaging. A clear plactic bag? Realy?

The size is not accurate. Get the next size smaller.

Pad feels smaller but should hold more then older briefs. Hubby can't wait to wear

I bought these for my husband in size large. The waistband was way too big, but the rest of the underwear did seem to fit comfortably. I rated the absorbency 3 stars because I was forced to select a rating, however, we never tested the absorbency.
