The X-Large Cooling Rack (19.75"L x 13.62"W x 0.5"H) is perfectly sturdy enough to support a 12lb spatchcock turkey in & perfectly fits a Nordic Ware 2/3 sheet pan. (the large one sold at Walmart).

Great value, great product

This is NOT large enough to turn out a half sheet cake. I need the XL size rack for that. But I am keeping it because it's such a good quality cooling rack - very flat, has a center support, and oven proof.

I don't know why I waited until I was in my 60s to "splurge" and buy myself a decent set of baking sheets with cooling racks. When I look at how many cheap, inferior pans I have bought and thrown away over the years, I have to laugh. If I had bought a quality set from the get-go, I have no doubt they would have lasted me decades. As it stands, I believe these are the last cookie sheets I will ever need to purchase (unless I decide I need more). They are heavy (do not try to lift a loaded pan from the oven with one hand unless you have great hand and arm strength), but they work beautifully -- even cooking, no stick, a breeze to clean and dry. I love these pans. The large cooling racks are an added bonus.
