Good quality sturdy wood
Owned the pickaxe for three weeks now so only had cause to use it twice on a super-sized tree stump. Its strong, sturdy handle is impressive and its total weight an advantage to this current job.

Poor quality
Really disappointed with quality. Was just putting head to the shaft and the pointed tip broke off without a single swing. Tried contacting the seller, be easier getting hold of the pope! Would not recommend to my worst enemy!

Quality Tool
Bought to help remove builders rubble under my lawn in compacted clay. I was a bit dubious about the head only been held on with friction but it never moved after I walloped it off the garage floor a few times to bed the shaft onto the handle (as per the instructions). Nice n heavy. Just what I needed.
