Paella Pan Kit 20 Portions (Nonstick)

The burner doesn’t come with the regulator hose for the gas tank. I had some trouble getting one, but it shouldn’t have been hard. It is a standard hose. Just be sure to get the correct one. It’s helpful if you take a picture of the threaded end with you for the hose. There are 2 types. Once the correct hose and regulator were purchased, it worked very well. I used a very big pan, and the heat was well distributed and the paella came out great!

I came across Castevia while researching paella burners. I wanted something of great quality and the ability to feed a large crowd. Javier (owner) was super responsive, answering my questions on the phone. I made the plunge and we hosted 20+ people for dinner. Huge hit. The burner is very high quality and looks great. Javier even followed up with me via text to make sure things went well for our dinner and to know if I had any questions.

This paella kit is fantastic! I bought it for my mother in law as a gift, she is from Portugal and loves to make Paella for large groups. She is so thrilled. I also had some questions about the product before I bought it and the customer service was so quick and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Haven't used it yet, but it's obviously high grade and will be very fun to use . . . can't wait!
