I used this cream for hemorrhoids and fissures that were causing bleeding. It didn't stop the bleeding immediately, but after using it regularly for about a week to 10 days, it worked really well. The bleeding stopped, and the hemorrhoids shrank. However, keep in mind that this is not a permanent cure; when I stopped using it, the bleeding eventually came back. Important warning: The cream itself is brown, and it definitely leaves stains on underwear. Overall, considering the price, it is a very effective product as long as you use it consistently.

I have developed poor circulation in my legs and had been waking up with pain in my legs as a consequence. I had tried Horse Chestnut before as a capsule but it upsets my stomach so I decided to try a cream instead. The active ingredients of a topical cream can enter the bloodstream if the particles are small enough, which is what the liposomal delivery is referring to. Well, this cream had a beneficial effect on my leg pain from day one and continues to keep the morning pain at bay. The witch hazel in this product also does a pretty good job of shrinking the visible spider veins, although that affect is temporary. The only caveat I have for this product is the smell, and it's a smell that sneaks up on you. The scent when you open the jar is medicinal, kind of like Vick's Vapo Rub, with a whiff of the nettles evident on second sniff. Not an Aveda-like botanical smell, but not awful either. But that scent develops into something else altogether the longer it stays on your legs. Later in the night that smell gets strong enough to wake you from a cold sleep. It is not a nice smell at all. If you can tolerate that then you will love this product. It does help. Applying a little baby powder does make the smell die down enough to go back to sleep.

I put this on my one varicose vein and it did minimize it. But I couldn't stand the smell of it. I can't imagine putting this on every day and carrying this fragrance on my leg all day long. So I don't use it. Even though it works it needs to be unscented. And I don't know How the manufacturer could manage that.

I'm usually skeptical about herbal products, but this shrunk my problem.

Does NOT WORK....DONT BUY nor waste Money. Its a joke. It dont have any aroma for herbals or any sensations after applied to skun. It appears to be just a brownush looking lotion which the container us very small also.

This product is amazing and so useful. After one week my legs is getting better without big veins. The price is average and delivery was on time. I recommend this great American product.
