Arrived the next day, well packed, easy to assemble one bit of instructions bit odd but after studying it I got there, great sound a lot better than I expected, looks nice with the wood finish, only drawback was very short speaker cable but that’s cheap enough to buy a few metres of, would i recommend this unit, that’s a yes. This looks superb. It looks far more expensive than it cost and feels like a quality piece of kit... I was very impressed the sheer weight of the deck. It feels secure and stable. It takes a bit of setting up and not for absolute beginners, though the instructions are clear and just take it slowly and you will have no issues.... Using it feels luxurious... the time it takes to gently drop the stylus onto the record is quite delightful. The sound is excellent. The supplied speakers are perfectly good for a small to medium room, but in truth, coupling up to bigger ones is recommended. My Mordant Short speakers are 35 years old and pack a whoppin punch... the sound is truly glorious. Rich, warm and full of detail. But hey... each to their own. If you could buy without speakers I might suggest that - but the deck is so good the fact I didnt use the supplied ones didnt cause me any concerns as this is still very good value for money. BUY ONE!

This is the perfect record player! I am so impressed with the quality of sound, the sleek and stylish retro looks and value for money. It came very well packaged and on time too! I'm really very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend this perfect record player to others.

I've had this turntable a week now and it is certainly a step up from my previous 'briefcase' turntable. The sound is good and it looks good as a piece of furniture. It was easy to assemble overall, however I would advise buying a Stylus Force Scale Gauge tester so that the counterweight can be set correctly. The instructions could be clearer on setting up of the counterweight however there are videos to help on this. Overall I feel this is a good valu product.

Brilliant turntable. We bought this after rediscovering vinyl records and our previous player just wasn't cutting it. For bookshelf speakers the sound is great, we haven't got anywhere near the high volume setting, but they still pack a punch. For the price your getting a high standard setup. Will say the instructions aren't 100% clear, recommended watching the video on YouTube on the fine tuning.

This is a superb value for money record player with excellent sound quality with the added benefit of Bluetooth. Cosmetically too this record player ticks all the boxes on the cosmetic front with its teak and classic looks making it almost an ornamental feature too. I'd highly recommend this to anyone wanting a record player to play their old vinyl favourites or indeed anyone just starting a record collection. Very happy!

Great looking and decent sound. I had a problem with setting it up and customer service were excellent. It could do with longer speaker cable but other than that it’s bang on.

Aggiornamento: dopo tre mesi di intenso utilizzo, confermo per il momento la più che buona qualità sonora. Allo stato attuale (febbraio 2024) ho visto che il prezzo medio è aumentato, pertanto il mio giudizio fa riferimento ad un prezzo inferiore, sui 200 euro se non perfino ancora più basso in rare offerte lampo che occasionalmente appaiono velocemente. I diffusori in kit sono buoni anche se i bassi alla lunga si incomincia a sentirli un po' impastati (sempre comunque dignitosi) ma con l'utilizzo viene pian piano la voglia di cercare quella proiezione in più sempre senza pretese da audiofili e, pertanto, ho voluto abbinargli due diffusori Polk mxt20 dall'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo (ovviamente solo i diffusori costano quanto il giradischi in kit). Faccio questo aggiornamento per garantire l'ottima resa delle Polk con questo sistema pilotate direttamente dal pre e ampli integrato del giradischi che riesce a tirare fuori un bel suono caldo e potente. Già a un terzo di volume abbiamo una pressione acustica di tutto rilievo in ambiente domestico, pertanto l'ampli integrato lavora egregiamente. Quando la stilo sarà arrivata alla fine delle sue prestazioni, volendo si può optare per una sostituzione con l'Audio Technica ATN91R (che sto provando) per ottenere un ulteriore sensibile miglioramento nella definizione delle frequenze. Resta nel complesso sempre un prodotto entry level ma veramente dignitoso se valutiamo il suo costo e al momento non ho riscontrato nessun problema tecnico. Vecchie recensioni gettavano qualche ombra su questo produttore, invece posso solo che parlarne bene visto il rapporto qualità/prezzo imbattibile e l'ottima assistenza post vendita. Ovviamente bisogna tutto contestualizzare nel suo segmento di riferimento, ovvero un giradischi entry level ma con caratteristiche che lo collocano di diritto in una fascia intermedia senza fronzoli. Il bello sta proprio nella sua semplicità e l'essere minimalista con un design veramente ben curato. La base è solida e con un'impiallicciatura realizzata bene, componentistica di buon livello e, sebbene il braccio sia di materiale plastico, comunque risulta robusto e affidabile. La versione combo con le due casse passive e la preamplificazione incorporata nella parte inferiore del giradischi lo rende un best buy quando intorno ai 200 euro (personalmente ho avuto la fortuna di acquistarlo durante i prime day al costo pazzesco di 164 euro!) e a distanza di un mese e un utilizzo quotidiano posso affermare che la qualità del suono e di buon livello, non da hifi ma comunque garantisce un'esperienza assolutamente appagante per chi non abbia pretese da alta fedeltà e risposte da ingegneria del suono. Personalmente non trovo i bassi eccessivamente invadenti come qulcuno ha affermato ma dipende anche molto dal disco che si ascolta. Rende molto bene con tracce r&b o soul dance e allo stesso tempo anche classici jazz vengono riprodotti con un tono caldo e avvolgente. Il volume è perfettamente sufficiente per una stanza di 25mq arrivando anche ad essere piuttosto potente senza mai distorcere. Unico vero neo riguarda il contrappeso del braccio che è provvisto di una sola vite di bloccaggio che purtroppo, raggiunta la giusta pesatura (per la stilo Audio Tecnica in dotazione è di 3,5gr) va a trovarsi nella parte inferiore rendendone pertanto impossibile il completo fissaggio. Altro aspetto da segnalare, il modulo bluetooth viene agganciato facilmente ma purtroppo non è sviluppato per interagire con gli echo dot Alexa. Mi sono confrontato con l'assistenza e purtroppo non c'è verso. Peccato perché ormai la connesione bluetooth è diventata uno standard anche in prodotti di marche espressamente dedicate al mondo dell'alta fedeltà. Nel complesso sono comunque estremamente soddisfatto e consiglio caldamente di fare il bilanciamento del braccio con un misuratore digitale di precisione acquistabile con pochi euro.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Optisch ein Hingucker, sieht echt edel aus. Der Sound ist wirklich hervorragend. Das einzige was mich stört, da bin ich aber selber Schuld, ist, dass es keine Start/Stopp Automatik hat. Man muss da immer manuell eingreifen. Aber Schallplatten hören ist ja ein Genuss wo man immer dabei ist ☺

The only complaint seems to be the difficulty of setting up the counterbalance system. Somewhat clumsy. Construction is high quality Needs to have a dedicated app that allows bluetooth from more than a phone. The Analog style vue meters are a nice retro touch. Wonder how many users will understand them
