After years of ankle, foot, knee, hip and back issues I discovered I have such high arches that I was basically walking on my heels alone. I bought a pair of these to see if they helped and they really do !! Initially I had some shin aches using these but that was from walking on my whole foot for the first time in pretty much my whole life, these aches lasted maybe a day and a half and then eased. I know have bought a pair of these insoles for all my shoes, including my running shoes .. meaning for the first time ever I can run injury free :) they are very comfortable, supportive and hard wearing and have really made a difference

I have bought these inner soles for quite a long time, they have stopped my painful feet and I am able to walk my dog twice a day with no problems. Quite expensive but worth it not to be in pain.

These insoles are very hard under the arch. It feels like I have rocks under my arch! I have only use them once yet since fitting and am hoping they will soften up a bit like other reviewers have said but if they don’t I won’t be able to continue to use them as they are very uncomfortable for me at the moment and making my feet sore. On the plus side they fit into my trainers perfectly without any need for trimming.

Ordered size 5/6.5. This range is far too wide and goods were far too big for size 5.I was required to pay return postage and for small refund was not worth the bother.
