Easy to use, very clean and sausage come out crispy yummy

Made salmon sausage with this. Easy to fill and holds up well when cooking.

Works well for smoked, poached or sous vide sausages. May be a little tough for some folks but easy to peel off before serving.

These work. Easy to follow instructions. Size seems abit small so order up. They're fairly sturdy and no nubbyness. Easy to fit onto stuffer. Goof quality and value.

Nice casing, easy to soak and stuff.

They do not come in a roll they are folded up so I think I'm going to have difficulty feeling them. I prefer the sticks you push on and as they fill it comes off. With these I'm not sure how I'm going to get the sausage all the way through. So I'm hoping I can just push these all on the stuffer if so I will update this review.

Is technically edible ha i like that it is consistently the same width, it did around 10 pounds of sausage in about 5 inch links, I'm sure it would have done more pounds if I had made long sausage instead of leaving gaps so it could be twisted. Will probably order again

Unfortunately, these casings are made in China, and since they are perishable, they are non-returnable. They just went in the garbage at our house! When checking for the Country of Origin on the packaging, it was no where to be seen that they came from China...except when they arrived on the delivery packaging, when it was too late. I should have read the product information more closely the first time. The bad English descriptions should have been a tip-off. Save your money, and don't buy these casings!
