This is such an amazing product for anyone who has a high-stress job or busy lifestyle. I have seen a massively improvement in my mood since starting to take this supplement, I am significantly more relaxed throughout the day meaning I am more productive. I recommend this product to all my friends/family/colleagues!

Didn't notice much. A certain quite calmness but not helping sleep

I used this sleep aid during the week to help me unwind after a stressful day at work and to relax and unwind in the evening time. These seemed to relax me a little bit and my sleep had been fairly good on the whole. I prefer to use lavender and camomile essential oils on my pillow instead of swallowing a pill, or making a pillow spray, but since my partner seems to be allergic to lavender oil, this has been a good compromise.

Do not take it in the morning as recommended, unless you want to feel spaced out at night!After years of struggling to sleep and trying every supplement I can think of and prescribed sleeping pills I find this helps relax me and helps me sleep. Taken with Lemon Balm and Reishi Mushrooms

I had hoped these would work as well for me as they have for the other people that have reviewed this product but I haven’t noticed any difference in my overall mood & sleep patterns since taking them.I have been taking 1 capsule daily as according to the instructions on the bottle but have yet to notice any significant benefit, I always wear a smart watch that tracks my sleep nightly so I can be sure that my sleep patterns have remained the same as they were prior to me taking these.I don’t feel any difference at all since taking these, full disclosure for an honest review… I do suffer with depression which is medicated by my GP, this negatively impacts both the quality & duration of my sleeping which also impacts on my mood so perhaps these aren’t suitable for improving such chronic conditions, I had hoped these would help me feel less anxious & stressed throughout the day but they don’t.

I have found this sleeping aid supplement very good for helping me to unwind after a long day and it does seem to help me get a more restful sleep. I do not wake up during the night when I've taken one of these capsules which is something I often do.This supplement contains four ingredients (in reasonably high doses) and each of these are known to ease stress, anxiety and aid restful sleep. These four ingredients are ... L-thiamine, lavender, passion flower and chamomile.My only complaint is the price as I feel £16.99 is a fairly high price to pay for just a months supply, especially as I already take other vitamins and supplements for health reasons.IRecommended

Yes, definitely helped my sleep issues. Been taking one at night and I have been drifting into a reasonable settled sleep. If I do wake, I usually can return to sleep instead of lying awake. Will definitely repurchase
