I recently tried buckwheat & dandelion raw, unheated, unfiltered honey, and it exceeded all my expectations! Lovely, tasty, runny, easy to spread real honey I do recommend the producer to report all these bad reviews of uneducated people regards crystalization. They don't know how to use honey so that it won't crystalize and then they blame the producer. Yes, real honey crystallizes... Each honey crystallizes differently (it depends on the type of honey, its type and the method of storage). The amount of glucose affects the speed and ease of crystallization, therefore rapeseed honey crystallizes and changes into "butter" the fastest. My honey didn't crystalize as I simply know how to use it... You can't buy a vacuum cleaner, restrict the oxygen intake into the engine and then complain that it broke and it's faulty. I feel sorry for the beekeeper that he has to deal with all these uneducated people spreading bad rumors about his great product. Please educate yourself guys and then submit your reviews...

Very unique flavour, great value!

Far too sweet for my liking

I've had many raw unpasteurised honeys before so was not surprised to see that this jar of Dandelion of honey was in process of solid crystallization, fully set but not hard, soft enough to scoop with a teaspoonful for that initial taster. I chose Dandelion because of its properties but was unsure what to expect as regards flavour.. my low star rating is because the overall taste is of sweetness with the 'roughness' of crystallization but no other distinctive flavour. I have since used it in coffee; you need very little, or at least I do. If like me you prefer a distinctive flavour, then I could not recommend this. I am not saying that it is not a good honey, just not for me. Let's put it this way, I cannot do a Winny the Poo with this stuff but It won't stop me from using it all up.

OK. It came in 2 boxes in differit days. I thought it will not come.

Had this honey two or three times before and has always been clear and runny and lovely to use, unfortunately not this time. This honey was thick, grainy and very cloudy and not very pleasant tasting. No amount of warming it in warm water would clear it. Had to throw it away. Very disappointed and not willing to take another chance buying honey online, will now see before I buy.

Acacia melanoxylon Black Acacia honung har lite eget sötma . Jag tycker att detta produkt är ren naturprodukt utan socker. Flyttande Honung med socker är lätt att känna till ex. ta flaskan upp och ner tom utrymmet luften kommer upp som en bubbla, meden den som har socker gör inte det.
