My wife has pain patches which need to stay on a week at a time. Sometimes the patches won't stick, which is a serious problem as sudden withdrawal can give bad side effects. I've tried everything I could find to help keep the patches on, when she has a unsticky one, but found nothing that worked. Then I saw this and thought, probably won't work but worth a try. I have been amazed, it sticks to her and the patch even in the shower, I cannot praise it enough, it's been a life saver. Will buy again.

Does the job I wanted it for, which was to cut a patch off to cover a nipple piercing so it didn't hook on a mesh top. And it worked like a charm. After having it on from 10am to 10pm (on 2 different days), there was a very little redness on my skin at the edges. However, this was gone in about an hour after a shower. To remove it is like pulling off a plaster, so I advise you shower and while in there remove it, as it then comes off with ease. This is well worth the money for the amount you get and I would purchase this again if I ever run out (must buy more mesh tops I guess).

Love this stuff, I’m a recent convert to using second skin on my tattoos as it makes the whole process much easier. No making mess on bed sheets, no getting clothing fibres stuck in it, healing is a doddle. I’ve used second skin given to me by my tattoo artist before, so I already know what to expect. For newbies to second skin, here’s a few tips about it and this product: If you have sensitive skin, I wouldn’t use it. I don’t really understand why there are so many negative reviews about this, even my tattoo artist wouldn’t use second skin on anyone with sensitive skin or skin issues. Remove the second skin in the shower. This will help it come off. This product isn’t to be used for protecting your tattoo in the shower (showering with a fresh tattoo is absolutely fine - you can get a fresh tattoo wet, just not soaked like in a bathtub or a pool). Try and peel in the direction of your hair growth. Cut the second skin to size, leaving a slight border to your own tattoo. Peel the white part away and stick to your skin (take care to not touch the sticky part as best as possible) once it’s on your skin, carefully peel the top layer off - this is the layer that says “do not reuse”

Really good, as long as you apply it properly to clean and dry skin. I removed the tattooist cling film, cleaned with tattoo foam, wiped with tissue, then applied this easily. It has remained in place overnight and it means I can go about my usual day as it’s really flexible and not restrictive. I’m going on holiday a week after a tattoo (not recommended), so this will be really handy to keep it from getting burnt, sandy or wet.

Absolute rubbish! Doesn't stick well and hard to apply. Returned the other roll and got charged for it again...

My tattoo healed so much faster than they normally do. Looked disgusting for a while, but worth it for the protection and fast healing. It has also kept it's vibrant colours better than any tattoo I've ever had which fade quickly

This product is cheaper than most second skins however I was very impressed with how well it sticks to the skin and keeps tattoo fluids in. My only downfall was the edges did start peeling after a day which was a little disappointing. Also the application is a little harder than other second sounds I have used making it a bit more frustrating when trying to keep it tight and secure.

Great purchase. Can cut to size. Easy to peel. Very comfortable, doesn't feel like you have anything on. Would recommend.
