I use this for mouth taping. It is economical, comfortable and much better than any of the various types of tape I have tried. My son is on C-Pap and swears by this product, I am not but frequently wake with a dry mouth so am obviously sleeping with my mouth open. This tape alleviatesthat problem. Recent studies have also shown that mouth taping is beneficial for overall health.

Exactly what I needed to help keep my mouth closed when I'm sleeping which, without it, worsens my snoring and sleep apnea. Also arrived very quickly. Thank you!

I've been purchasing this tape for years now to keep my mouth shut while I sleep using a CPAP machine. It lets me use a much less invasive nasal mask without worry about mouth leaks. I went from having horrible sleep to feeling rested as soon as I began using this tape at night. It sticks very well but comes off without tearing my skin. Much better value and functionality than other similar products I've tried.

My PT was using this to go under the leuko tape for my knee surgery recovery. It was so helpful that I bought the materials too. It has helped my recovery greatly! Fabulous product!

Used to tape my mouth while using CPAP nasal mask. Works great, with little to no irritation. Easy application and removal.

This works pretty well for mouth taping and it doesn't tear your skin off when you pull it off in the morning. I put a little dog ear on it so I can grab it and gently pull it off my mouth. Also it's a little bit porous so it isn't too suffocating if you do need to breathe out of your mouth. Definitely dog ear it though.

I cut these down to length and use them to tape my mouth shut at night while using a CPAP machine to prevent air leaking from my mouth. Works great for this purpose.

Excellent, strong adhesive that doesn't disappont.
