This license plate frame is just right. It is made out of metal, so it gives it a good sense of sturdiness. I liked that it had 4 holes for screws. For some reason, my back plate had 4 and the front only had 2, but that's o.k. It has little tabs on the back side to help keep the license plate in its place. The plastic screw covers are a nice touch. Makes the cover look complete and solid looking. Very pleased with the frame!! Great price as well!! It costs a few dollars more to just get one at the local car shop. You get two, comes in a small padded pouch. Good little frame!

Beautifully packaged, these plate frames come complete with hardware, including extras and a tool. When we bought my wife a newer car, the first thing she said was, "I'd like plate frames like the ones you put on your car." Now there's no more gaudy dealer-name / advertising lettering on our handsome rides, and the snap-on screw caps combined with the fine semi-gloss finish lend a nicely tailored look. I was able to put a gentle curve on one of the frames to match the slightly rounded contour of the front bumper for a beautiful custom fit. Our cars now stand apart from others. I have purchased these frames twice and have recommended them to a friend whose car needs to look as good as mine.

The quality on this product is quite good. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 though because you really need to be careful about sizing for your particular vehicle. The metal frame for the license plate is about a quarter inch wider than the actual license plate which makes it a more difficult fit for some of the vehicles that have that perfect, cut out, 'nook' where the plates are suppose to go. I ran into this problem with my newer jeep wrangler. The holder doesn't fit in between the front fog lights. Also, on the back of my vehicle there is a place for plates but there are two metal pieces on the back of these plate holders that come out too far and it makes it not fit into the designated spot for plates there either. That said, I am a very creative person, and have bent a portion of the holder in to suit the front of my vehicle, and removed the metal pieces from the back of the holder (more-so bent out of the way) to suit the back of my vehicle. This was no easy task, because the metal used for this product is really quite strong, but that is also what guarantees a lasting product so I can't really complain about that. So to rate this product, quality, durability, overall look of the product.... Excellent. Great product. 1 star lost for the bulky and awkward size. It isn't standard. I liked the product enough to force it to work though and I think that says something.

Used these to replace dealer installed plate holders with a large, ugly logo. The materials provided here did the job nicely. Multiple screw choices, plus black screw covers. Also installed one on a six year old vehicle which had a salt-rusted polished stainless steel plate holder. Although very rusty, inside and out, the old holder was made of thicker material. I was happy to install these, as they hold the plate adequately, and look while doing it. The screw covers worked for the old screws on the second vehicle, making it better than before. The black coating should keep winter road salt from rusting the holder.

These are nice frames. Good construction, solid black, and with a few varieties of screws to attach, and caps to cover the screw heads and even 3M foam tape (in case the cap doesn't fit your screw head so you stick the cap to the screw head). I installed one each on two different cars and like the way they look, a nice, simple jet black look. Based on may experience I expect these to last a long time.

For the price sturdy enough. Except they should’ve included self tapping screws for all eight holes. Would purchase again.

This is a great product and good value as well. One bit of advice on installation. Do not put the large black caps over the screws. They look better appearance wise, but over the years they rust and it makes it extremely difficult to remove the plate. I would recommend installing with just the screws and do not use the black caps.

Be aware that the metal on this frame is pretty thin - much thinner than typical license plate frames. It is finished nicely, didn' see anyobvious cosmetic flaws or bends, but it does bend when attaching to certain types of car license plate mounts. Some people have said it isn't stainless, but maybe aren't aware that there are many grades of stainless steel. These frames are probably stainless, as a magnet doesn't stick (not 100% accurate test, but close.) Some grades of stainless, however, will rust, and are prone to galvanic corrosion if you have other types of metal in contact with the stainless - think aluminum license plate, mild steel mounting hardware, etc. A problem for my car is that the machine screw threaded mounting bolts are really long - twice as long as the ones that I need. They are so long that on the rear hatch the bolts go all the way through the car plate mount and press up against the painted hatch bodywork behind the factory mount! Likewise, the plastic caps and washers are pretty flimsy, 1 washer cracked while trying to install cover on the front plate holder (where the bolts weren't too long to install), and one washer was already cracked in the bag. Trying to save a couple bucks, as usual, would have cost me money - having to drive to Home Depot or Ace hardware and purchase 4 shorter bolts for each plate frame wouldn't have been worth the expense. I returned it and I will buy a different frame.

Amazing product comes with different screws which was handy very durable will not rust looks to be powder coated u get plastic caps to hide the screws very neat now my plate is 100% visible highly recommend worth every penny

I got these for my relocated license plate as I was sick of people bending it. Happily these guys are pretty sturdy and light meaning they won’t make my plate shift and become not level any faster than they would have before. The finish is nice and I don’t think they will rust. If they do I’ll update this review to reflect that.

I've ordered several license plate frames off Amazon from different sellers. This one is ok quality but not as good as another brand around the same price. The frame itself is good and the slim size works with insurance stickers. Included screws are really cheap and stripped when I tried to install.

These for great and looked good.
