I use a frother to mix it, and it mixes fine in hot or cold water. I blend it with a chocolate or vanilla-flavored collagen and don't taste it. It did start to get cakey about 1 month in, but you can probably proactively stick one of those silica packets in it to prevent that. I really really want this to work so I'm not guving up yet.
