Took a few nights to get used to having something stuffed up the nostrils, but now if I don't insert these, I find I can't breathe as easy trying to sleep. Using a snoring app shows my snoring has gone from cataclysmic-almost-Richter-scale loud down to between a 2 and 5 level. If I'm stuffy they don't work as well, but I find that if I leave them in my stuffiness clears up and breathing becomes normal.

I returned these. Just plastic tubing cut in different sizing. Not shown as pictured. I do have the ones that are shown in the picture and they work really well. This one is not the real thing!
