Works! I used it before years ago when I had night sweats and severe day sweating. I started a new job in a busy restaurant and was sweating through my underwear and my uniform before I'd been there an hour, it was really embarrassing. I knew sweat block needed to be reapplied for efficacy but went for it the night before a shift. Huge difference! My back needs a couple days reapplication and then weekly and may sweat a bit but compared to before it's life changing. Now I don't have to change my knickers at work. Roll on my bikini line the night before each week and I'm dry all day. Amazing stuff. It is tingly and uncomfortable for about 10mins after applying don't mistake it for a reaction, it doesn't leave a rash or anything just itchy. It's also good for behind the knees, full legs (yes I'm very sweaty), which I do every now and then to keep on top of, and the underbust to keep my bra dry. Can't rate it enough. The stick is good too, feels like a moisturizer but don't let the creamy feel put you off, it does soak in and keep you dry.

Amazed at how well this works immediately! I’m diagnosed w hyperhydrosis for decades, couldn’t see derm for several weeks for treatment, searched and found this on Amazon. Works great, follow directions for cleaning area, antiperspirant application at night (I went 1x every 4-5 days), and deodorant in the morning. Really impressed and thankful. I hope others find this solution who may not be as fortunate to have a medical treatment option for excessive sweating in armpits. Scent was spring breeze or something like that - not the best fragrance but acceptable, and it works!
