Good Product

I do love this product. It does what it says. Has a great taste too. I drink of this a day on top of my food is enough to put some weight on. I scored this 4/5 due to the product making you smell of milk. Strange I know but you can smell it on you / in you (I guess through your pores) for hours afterward.

Good protein being using on and off due to not having time for gym but protein is good

I've been training for 34 years now, on and off, 50/50, Alongside a quality protein powder this gives u the complete nutrition and extra boost you need to boost your results, no good using as instructed, use every other day, 1 shake with 1 scoop alongside your daily protein and food intake, I use water to mix, try it for a month

Poor protein content ratio, though it's my fault for assuming that Reflex hadn't change their mix since the last time I purchased from there. Also, I've never experienced it before with any other protein or weight gainer powder, but I have serious stomach issues after this each time. Taste is just about bearable
