These work just as well as the brand name ones, but cost a fraction of the price.

Convenient gel caps to help control gas. We started using these when hubby got an ileostomy (thanks to colon cancer). We needed something to help control the "wind and noise". These are great! Great control and very economical!

saved me many a times and i love the quanity. altho seems to be alot of empty space in bottles and have to shake them up becausw the gels capsles stick together. still way cheaper than stores and gets the job done.

I use GasX and and other brands of Simethicon for trapped gas. It never occurred to me that a fraudulent product was causing my severe stomach pain. Almost went to the ER but picked up some real GasX to try first. Problem solved. This product is definitely not the real thing and dangerous to people with real medical conditions.
