Excellent Product, Good Price, Trusted Brand
I’ve been using Life Extension brand for a little over a month now, and I’m incredibly impressed with the results. Life Extension has a stellar reputation for using high-quality, science-backed ingredients, and this supplement is no different. The inclusion of d-Limonene is an excellent touch to help with the absorption of Coq10. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I love that they don’t really leave any aftertaste or cause stomach discomfort, even when I take n an empty stomach. I take one capsule daily with my morning meal, and the routine fits seamlessly into my day. If you’re looking for a reliable CoQ10 supplement to boost heart health, this is an excelent choice. However, as with any supplement, it’s always best to consult your doctor before starting something new, especially if you’re taking other medications.

Its real !
This stuff seems real and it is delicious. The second ingredient is derived from oranges and if you open it up and taste it , it tastes like oranges so I put it over fruit in the morning and 100 mg is way too much for me so I just take half and take the other half later on in the next day but it’s very real stuff ! it works.

Best Form for Absorption
Have tried many different kinds over the years and this one is the best because of the d limonene. The d limonene helps greatly with absorption allowing the coq10 to penetrate the cells and help the mitochondria based on what I read. Coq10 comes in crystalized and non crystalized forms and the non crystalized is the best based on my research due to better absorption into the cells. The d limonene is the key by breaking the coq10 into smaller particles and helping to deliver the nutrient. Also Dr Sinatra recommends ubiquinone over the more expensive ubiquinol (more expensive but not more effective).
