Can walk again
First let me say in my possession less than 24 hrs. Next a little challenging to put on, but impossible like so others. Now the really good part was comfortable, held foot at 90*, made walking so much easier, didn’t have to change shoe size, almost invisible with pant leg down in standing position. I am so pleased I ordered a second one for the other foot. I have rods from my pelvic to between my shoulder blades (part of why challenging to put on) and have chemo dead nerves in lower extremities, so for me this is a game changer maybe less time in wheelchair. I will update on results in next unit after have had time to use together, hope I am as happy then. Price is right and extra straps to use with Sandals I have never worn them but for those who do accommodation is there. I don’t know how long they will last but even if I get a month I’ll be happy, such a relief to be able to not have foot flop. 19 days later and lots of use as well have 2nd brace for other foot, they are still hard to put on but it is taking less time, one of the things I have done to improve the time it takes is I put a D ring on the bottom of the tennis shoe lacing, on my shoes there is a small loop the lace goes through I the center at the very bottom, this makes putting the lift strap installable after the laces are tied ( before the strap had to go under the two bottom laces when they are lose). The other is just practice. The company should make left and right as getting these wrapped and one connected on the outside of your leg is challenging, quick one wrap on each strap would also help. All of that said it is a huge gift to be able to walk again with a pair of my original shoes no size change. I am able to get around without my cane, not for very long walks but down a few isles in a store. Worth a try!

Works great for me! Cane free and loving it!
My neurologist suggested this for my foot drop. I have tried a carbon fiber full length brace ($800 Medicare) but I couldn't wear it while driving and it was uncomfortable while sitting. My therapists were suggesting different canes but I finally was able to get an neurologist appointment after a year of waiting. She informed me that by using the cane I was letting the muscle in my calf, and knee, degrade faster and I was going to have hip problems because of the way I was throwing my foot out to the side. She was right. Everyone is different and it won't work for every condition but for me it did. I'm cane free for almost a month and my calf muscle is starting to improve. All I needed was a little lift and my gait is much improved. When I drive I simply release the Velcro strap from the shoe so I can press the pedals as needed. I read reviews who said theirs broke, so I bought two. So far I have not needed the backup.

Very Good Drop Foot Brace With One Exception
This brace works better than most found on Amazon because it goes under the foot to support the overall lift of the foot. The only down side is how it mangles the strings/laces of your the footwear you are using. Eventually the footwear becomes stretched and out of it's normal appearance. NOTE: I installed a plastic Tie Wrap through and around the first set of strings/laces holes which offers great support and provides a place for the drop foot brace connecting strap to affix to without having to use the strings/laces. FYI: The rough edges of the Tie Wrap will stretch and wear out the connecting strap. I probably could have gotten many more years of use from this brace but unfortunately the strap will soon wear to thin or tear completely leaving the brace useless. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS NOTE 2: The joingood Drop Foot Brace is a very nice brace but does NOT go under the foot. PLEASE SEE PHOTO. I returned the joingood brace after realizing the importance of the brace having support under the foot. This brace's connecting strap is however a very good design as it is a single strap with a metal hook at the end which makes for a easy to connect and a very strong connection. It prevents the connecting strap from stretching and wearing thin like the POZPO will do over time. PLEASE SEE PHOTO FUTURE POZPO UPGRADE: I suggest POZPO include a plastic Tie Wrap or better yet produce a hard plastic clip designed to go between the first two holes on the intended footwear with their drop foot braces and include picture instructions on how to install it for maximum foot lift without distorting the footwear you are using with the brace. I also suggest that they redesign their connecting brace to emulate the joingood brace or at least incorporate a metal hook into their connecting strap. This will eliminate the wear and tear on the connecting strap and eliminate having to toss the brace in the trash when the strap becomes unusable. Additionally, joingood offers a replacement strap. The POZPO strap does not come with a replacement strap and unless you have a good sewing machine I don't see a way to replace the strap and save the brace. I suggest POZPO make their strap replaceable as well.

Works IF you can get it on correctly
I have multiple Sclerosis as does my 2 sisters. All three of us use braces for our foot drops. So we have tried a bunch! This brace is great ONCE IT IS ON. I felt like I had to put it on. get my shoe on then do the buckle.. THEN tie my shoes to get it to function properly. Which is hard to tighten all the laces and tie the shoe with the strap getting in your way. So if you have hand coordination issues, this is not the brace for you. not funtional for someone who puts their foot on their other knee to deal with their brace. It does maintain the correct pull on my foot and the velcro doesnt come undone. The price is fare and so far I havent had issues with the quality on any of it. I didnt return it because it is the only brace that seems to give ankle support and foot drop assistance. But if foot drop is your only issue, I would try other braces.

Good idea and can be effective to counter foot drop condition. However, both buckles are plastic and won't last long. Should be replaced with metal.

The welcrow was of poor quality.

De mucho apoyo

La tira de velcro hasta la puntera es de la calidad más barata. No duradero. Tuve que coser y crear una nueva correa para mí.

Funciona. pero las costuras son de mala calidad se salen los soportes. Llevo 3 férulas y las he tenido que coser a mano porque se salen los plásticos.
