The reviews on this are a bit mixed but I’ve got other gearwench tools and I was looking for a good quality digital wrench that didn’t break the bank so thought I would give it a go. I live in the UK and the selection of digital wrench’s is either cheap unbranded, low quality brand with not many features or very very expensive. So this ticked all the boxes and it has angle. I’m using it in a professional manner but not every day so I need it to be as accurate as possible. It works extremely well. It’s accurate, easy to understand and after a little reading of the instructions is easy to use. The calibration certificate was also very recent and in date (three months ago). I’m in my 30’s and can work it out but I can understand some people might find it confusing compared to traditional wrenches but it definitely more accurate. I’d recommend storing it in a dry, temperate environment where it can’t get knocked with batteries removed and relatively clean. Will update if I have any issues over next months, if not the 3/8 and 1/4 will be ordered.

I haven’t had a chance to use it much, just a few times, but the torque wrench seems very well built. It has a sleek design with a flexible head, which looks extremely convenient. The 120-tooth mechanism is unique, and considering the quality, the price seems very reasonable. I believe it does the same job as a Snap-on torque wrench, which costs twice as much. I’m considering buying the smaller version for working on water pumps and head gaskets.

It’s well worth more than the $200 price tag just for the angle and flex head features. I purchased the 1/2 model, and it’s long, but not awkward. It lets you reset while still retaining the current angle, it’s perfect for inside engine bays that will not would allow you to get one pull of 90 degrees, or so. You can do multiple pulls, and it adds then saves them even when hitting the bolt from different angles. I scribed all my bolts, and purposely put this tool in awkward situations. All my bolts are dead on at a final pass of 70 degrees. Has a ton of alerts and a very accurate LCD to let you know where the degree is. Handle vibrates, the screen flashes, and the buzzer is very noticeable. Compared to my snap on, this is light years ahead. Also I bought the non-flex head model, while it wasn’t bad, I could never recommend it when this is only $50 more. That doesn’t do angles.
