These are great value for the price. I like that they aren't super thick because when I want out of it, I WANT OUT NOW. Since the material is somewhat thin, I am able to tear it open quickly. It isn't too thin that I tear it while hopscotching into my sauna blanket.

If you plan to purchase an infrared sauna blanket, you will want to also purchase these. Lay your sauna blanket out on your bed. Unzip it, then lay one of these plastic bags out inside the blanket. Then with your snug fitting clothing on, craw into your plastic bag. And zip the blanket up all the way. Then relax for the hour you will be doing the sauna. FYI, I would also encourage anyone that is using one of those sauna blankets. To also have a really good source of cooling under the back of your neck while doing this treatment. This will keep the blood that is returning to your brain to stay cooler, and you will enjoy your sauna alot more.

The size is fine, and I am not a large man (5 10" athletic build ) but this stuff tears easily no matter how gentle I am.
