NEW: I’m updating my previous review. Apparently, they fixed the issue and sent me a replacement. This one, as I mentioned before, is very good at massaging and has no overheating problem. Considering the price, it’s absolutely great. OLD: The massage function is very good, but after a few minutes the device turns into a BBQ grill, heating your feet excessively. While the heat eventually returns to normal, it becomes uncomfortable after just a few minutes. I’ve tried using it twice, and the issue occurred both times.

Best thing ever purchased. Been wanting one of these for my feet since I walk my whole shift at work I end up with pain and my feet can’t take it anymore. I love it. Product came exactly as described, works perfectly and feels wonderful. Made for feet of all sizes but especially larger feet. very simple to use and shipped quickly. Came with a 1yr warranty card in the box.

I have several foot massagers, but this machine allows me to position my feet on the heated massaging balls to meet my needs . By pressing down I can increase the pressure. I have both plantar fasciitis and heal spurs but this machine relieves my foot pain and also massages my feet. If the bottoms of your feet are very sensitive, this machine might not be for you.

Originally bought this because I thought it was portable, i work long shifts and my feet are in horrible pain half way through, I bought this hoping I could use it in my car on break at work for some relief, I was wrong sadly. As for the massage part of it and the heat, if ur looking for a light massage this is perfect, if ur looking for relief from pain after a long shift, I’d buy something else. The pressure of the massage really depends on how hard you hold ur feet down on the massage nodes, I can get a pretty decent massage with the nodes when I press my feet down but I’d perfer to be able to relax and get my feet massage rather than focus on keeping my feet pressed to get the right pressure. It’s not heavy at all in weight, very easy to carry, and the heat level isn’t bad at all, it’s definitely noticeable but if you’re looking for something that warms ur feet I would also look elsewhere. All in all I have three stars because it is nice to have still so I will be keeping it but also not the best, you get what u pay for and forth the price range, I would say it’s good enough.

UPDATE: Things can always go wrong, it's how the seller or shop handles the situation when things do go wrong. Seller reached out and offered me options on how to resolve things with my defective unit. They were courteous and kind. This thing works great in relieving my plantar fasciitis, but the heat does not come on any longer. At first, it was very hot, now it's not getting hot. I still use it, but think the heat would be very nice on a cold morning.

Easy to use with massage and heat. I have neuropathy and it helps with discomfort and circulation in my feet. Levels of massage and heat in unit for your comfort level. I recommend you give it a try!!!
