Working but seek GPs advice
I have been taking these for some time and it does make me feel good. However my GP advised me not to take it as it may cause issues with prostate. He actually advised caution, but as it makes me feel good, I now take it once a week or once in 4 or 5 days. I am sure that does should not harm.
