These LED bulbs are far superior to the standard incandescent replacement bulbs for makeup mirrors. Not only because they will last a very long time but also because they run cool instead of burning hot and have a slightly whiter tint (4000k) which I think is desirable for makeup mirror applications. The 5W rating is fine for replacing 20-25 watt incandescent bulbs although they indicate a 40w equivalent rating. Because they run cool the 40w equivalent rating really doesn't matter and I think a slight amount of extra brightness is a benefit. They are not dimmable but for this application it doesn't matter in my opinion.

If there’s an option for zero star, this product and their customer service deserves it. We installed 3 onto our bathroom light and they worked fine for a 2 months before flickering constantly. One started flickering first and then all 3. We replaced them all with another brand and they have been working fine. Contacted customer service who asked us so send an email with a video of the lights being off for them to replace the bulbs... for 3 defective bulbs? I’d need to take down the other ones on there currently, make the video of the bad ones and then put back new ones. No thanks because it’s not worth my time to go through all those steps. The first picture is of the 3 defective lights which I about to dispose and the second picture shows the lights working just fine with a different brand. Do not waste money on these unless you want to deal with the hassle.

I'm using them in my drill press lamp. They'r every bright, but literally falling apart from the vibrations. I know this is a difficult job for a light bulb, but these are fairly delicate. They are probably fine for most other applications.

Excellent for use in applications where small size is required. Good quality even though one of 5 did not work. We shall see about longevity, but I hope for the best. I have purchased J&Case LED bulbs previously and was very satisfied.

Great color range. Not too blue or yellow, but these are miniature in size. My fault for not looking at the measurements. Not good in a ceiling fan as they are tiny and don’t quite put off enough light in bedrooms.

Lights had halogen that I couldn’t find anywhere but after trying night light bulb E12 I source a LED with E12 base that fit into fixture.

These bulbs though tiny are excellent quality. They are very bright (>40 watts) yet does not create a lot of heat and fits perfectly in my exterior lamp.

I'm delighted with these bulbs. Although smaller than the bulb I replaced, the JCase LED is both brighter and whiter. It's the perfect replacement for the "night light" lamp I leave on at the base of the stairs so my old dog can identify the last step.
