Defective product, return policy unacceptable
The retainer system that holds the reel in place was defective, the reel would not fasten down properly. The seller would not pay return shipping on the item. The seller and Amazon both assured me that I would be reimbursed for the shipping costs ($23.39). The shipping costs were not reimbursed. I will not trust neither the seller nor Amazon on this assurance again.
