I feel these are doing the job they were meant to do. I take 2 a day. They are good tasting and chewy. If they are stored in a warmer temperature they do tend to get sticky. I was almost out and needed them so I ordered from Amazon. I would normally purchase these when they are buy one get one from another place. Normal price is comparable. Of course they smell...like vitamins, but you should expect that when buying things like this. I will purchase again when needed.

I have used this product for a few years. I have been pleased with it's performance. I don't like swallowing large pills & having a gummy form is convenient.

Health benefits

So, these are probiotics....so they do what probiotics are supposed to do. However, I would not personally call these gummies. They are more like gels if anything. If you've had gummy candy or even good gummy vitamins before, you'll know that gummies are bouncy and springy when you bite into them. These are not like that. You bite into them and they are more like a formed, slightly gelatinous paste. The flavor is ok...not my personal favorite but it's not disgusting. If I were in a pinch, these would do just fine for me. But my final gripe is these are notoriously hard to get out of the container. The first week I was able to do it ok but once the container ran down a bit, I had start using a pen to jostle these around and peel them off of each other. Not necessarily a complete deal breaker but it is annoying. I would only get these again as a last resort.
