These are very sturdy chairs. The swivel works great. Easy to assemble. The color was exactly as shown. They look great with my counter height kitchen island.

We've been looking to replace some chairs for over a year. (Thanks cats for clawing the life out of the old chairs.) We've been to every furniture store in our area and to some stores in not so nearby areas too. We then tried Ikea, Home Sense, Home Goods, Home Depot, department stores, etc. All without luck. We then decided to give these a go. Can always return right? Well surprise surprise - these chairs look and feel better than expected. The appear well made and are comfortable. They swivel easily. all 4 legs on all 4 chairs are even! Assembly was straight forward, not too lengthy, and the directions were clear and easy to follow. Moreover, the packing for these things was well thought out and executed. They were packed so they could really hold up to the shipping. That indicates some care and attention to detail to me. While I cannot comment on the longevity of the chairs (I just put 4 of them together this morning), I've been impressed with everything else so far.

Purchased 4 chairs for our newly renovated kitchen, we love the chairs look, the chairs are very comfortable, and the color is perfect for our kitchen. Assembly took about 90 minutes for all 4 chairs and was straight forward. However, the side rails were very difficult to put on - it was not possible for us to simply screw in and the wood started to crack when I tried. I did end up pre-drilling the holes and it worked a little better, but not matter how I loosened the bolts on the bottom, not all of the side rails fit correctly. In fact, one of the first family members who put their feet up dislodged the side rail. We love the chairs, but we need reach out to customer support to get the side rails fixed. Update: we reached out to customer service and they were very helpful. Responded quickly, gave us some tips, and sent replacement parts for the legs and side rails. After replacing the legs and side rails, the chairs look amazing. We are very happy with the results!!

These barstools are very nice and very comfortable. Easy to assemble.

UPDATE.... The Seller reached out to me after reading my review and sent me replacement chairs. It is obvious that they care about their customers and want to ensure complete customer satisfaction. In addition they mentioned sending my photos to their design team to consider possible changes for the future. They were humble and sincere, what more can you ask for?? As a result I increased my rating to 4 stars. WOW I have such mixed feelings about these chairs. I searched everywhere for the perfect combination of style for my home and overall quality/durability. I read countless reviews and the CHITA brand Counter Height Barstools stood out as the winner. Although most of the reviews were glowing, there seemed to be a contradiction regarding the assembly. Some stated it took about 2 hours to put together, and some raved how easy they were, that the seat and bottom just needed to be attached using 4 bolts, and assembly was done in less than 10 minutes Being a pretty handy senior with a screw driver, I naively hoped for the best and added the 2 Pack Flint Gray to my cart. I assumed those that took 2 hours to assemble were clueless how to tighten a bolt?? 8 days later the huge box arrived at my front door. It was so heavy, I had to open and unload the contents on my front porch and carry everything inside piece by piece. Clearly this was not a 10 minute assembly. The chair seats and leg parts were wrapped securely and properly to withstand shipping. There were easy to understand instructions. Each chair had a complete Hardware Card with an Allen Wrench (hex key). And yes, it took almost 10 minutes just to unwrap everything, and read the instruction booklet. The 4 legs need to be attached individually to the swivel mechanism using 2 bolts each. (The swivel was already attached to the underside of the seat) The bolts are in an awkward position and the allen wrench barely fits into the small space. It is impossible to make complete rotations, so the process is long and tiresome. The crossbars need to be screwed into the leg, but be careful. Use slow and steady brute force, as there is no pre-drilled hole in the leg, and the wood could easily split. Be sure to screw these completely flush or they won't catch and the cross bar won't stay put. (see attached photos). For me the assembly took a good 2 hours! And have fun removing the stickers.... Once the chairs were assembled I have to say the chairs are very attractive and look great at my kitchen counter. I like the simple design, the light gray color and they are somewhat comfortable to sit on. I have included photos indicating measurements. But I find the quality very questionable. Once assembled I noticed an obvious stain on the top of one of the chairs. You can clearly see the construction nails popping through the fabric and already compromising the threads, showing "wear", even though these were fresh out of the box. (see photo). With taking extreme care in screwing in those cross bar nails, I still have one crossbar that does not seat completely, and pops out. (see photo). The nails are screwed in as flush as they can go. The leg(s) must be warped, not allowing a tight fit, so that chair will never be safe to sit on. Overall I love the look of these chairs, but the laborious assembly, the stain, the permanent stickers, the construction nails popping through the fabric and the cross bar not seating properly leave me disappointed.

Well packaged and easy to put together. The chair is very sturdy and great quality. Color is as described.Looks and feels very luxurious.Fabric is thick.The only negative would be the placement of stickers for building the chair. They have to be removed using a wet cloth.Would rather they were smaller or were a type of easily removed sticker.Overall im super happy with these chairs

We’ve had four of these for 6 months and they are fantastic. Beautiful. Sturdy. Extremely comfortable. Great swivel. I bought two more just to have extras for the future.
