I purchased this drone as a lightweight drone that didn't require registration with the FAA and I was not disappointed. The drone weighs less than 250 grams and while it is lightweight, it performs well in light winds. The camera picture looks great on my phone and the video recorded on the memory card is even better! This drone has a beginner mode that limits the flights to about 95 feet from the take-off point and that is plenty for my yard. I live next to a city park and could fly from my yard over the park as long as there were no walkers on the track. The return to home feature is a very nice feature and the drone returns automatically when the batter drops down to around 15% usage left. I had the drone follow one of my dogs around the yard and the drone was probably 20 feet away so it didn't bother the dog. I was also able to set some waypoints and the drone flew the specified route and then returned to the starting point. This is a drone that has several of the features available on some of the brands that costs ten times as much. For the price, this is a great drone for beginners or kids. While it is a lightweight drone, it survived a couple of rough landings as I was getting familiar with the controls. I got it tangled in some small branches, but the obstacle avoidance system worked well when I flew it next to the house. I enjoyed flying this drone and would recommend it to someone who wants to learn more about drones and how they work. It is simple to use and there are several good videos on YouTube that explain the controls and operating instructions very well. The only drawback is that the instruction booklet is a bit small for my older eyes, but I was able to read it in brighter light, probably more my problem than the book being too small - I am sure kids with good vision could read it with no problem. I had the Loolin z6 Pro since last July. Although I have limited skills using some of the latest features, the z6 Pro does a lot of cool things taking this price point into consideration. As the attached pictures show, without the battery, this drone weighs in at just 146 grams empty, and 216 grams with the battery inserted. I think that the extra 4 grams above the advertised weight is from the micro SD card (not included with the Z6 Pro)that was inserted. Nonetheless, this is well under the FAA requirements to require an Unmanned Aircraft Pilot's License according to this Amazon ad. Although I didn't time the battery life, it definitely seems more than adequate for a drone in this price range. I would estimate that it's definitely close to the advertised 50 minutes of runtime from the two included batteries when used on a full charge. The two included battery chargers is really cool to streamline the charging process. The Loolin z6 Pro is much quieter than the other drones that I had been around. It was pertty easy to learn the controls, and was relatively stable in flight. The z6 Pro is classified as a beginner drone. The camera on this drone is decent for the money and takes photos as well as video in 1080p. I am not sure what the megapixel rating is on the photo mode. my only complaint on the camera is that it is not gimbal stabilized, but that would be unreasonable to expect in a drone of this price range. Being that this drone is GPS controlled, it will automatically return to it's launching spot when the batteries are low, or upon your press of a button. It can be set up to follow you with the video cam, program routes, orbital panning, etc. The camera is gesture controlled, although I haven't tried these features as of yet. All in all, I would say that this would make an excellent beginner drone without breaking the bank. It would make a great gift for someone wanting to get into flying drones.

This is my first drone and I have to say I am impressed! The drone came with two batteries that give about 20-30 minutes of flying time each (depending on the wind and whether I am shooting video or not). There is a slot for an SD card, which I did add. There are a total of three charging cables, one for each battery and one for the remote. There is also a very nice travel bag included that I must say I was surprised at the quality of. I’ve taken the drone out for two flights so far and I am pleased with the performance. The first time I used the included remote, paired with my iPhone. The iPhone 13 Pro Max barely fits in the remote but it does clip in. The auto take-off and land feature is quite nice. The video quality on the phone screen is very good. The drone is surprisingly quiet, probably because of the brushless motors, and also very stable, even in light wind. I’ve heard the DJI Mavic before and I think it was louder than this Pro6. On the second flight, I use my phone without the remote (because I forgot to recharge it). I was once again impressed with the ease of flight. You use two buttons on the screen like the joysticks of the remote. One controls the height and rotation while the other moves the drone forward, backward, and side to side. I was able to fly it around and it was once again very steady in a light wind. Once I was finished, I hit the return home button and the drone took over, flew back to me, and landed within inches of its take spot by itself using the onboard GPS. I really look forward to playing with intelligent features such as hand control and face recognition. One concern, which is why I did not give 5 stars… because the drone is under 250 grams, it does not require a flyers license in the US (although the FAA still requires a TRUST certificate to be obtained for free online) as long as the user is only flying for purely recreational purposes. However, the drone is not compliant with the FAA remote ID rule that goes into effect on September 16, 2023 for anyone flying under part 107 regulations, such as commercial uses or for monetized YouTube content. I hope they upgrade the drone to comply and offer a firmware update for older models.

To be my first 4k, GPS drone, in my opinion it is the easiest beginner drone to start off with. From downloading the Loolinn App, using the features (follow me, circle me, return home). One of the best feature for me as a beginner is the Beginner Mode (Geo Fencing) I was able to learn how to fly and use all the features in a safe and designated area (my backyard) I call it the Geo Fencing Mode because it only lets you go out to a certain distance (radius/height) helped keep me focused on what I am doing and not worry to much about how far away the drone is. Still had to keep my eye on the drone, but kept it in eye shot from me. It is great to be able to use both the App and the transmitter and switch from one to the other The drone comes in at 216g which is perfect for recreational use, but you still need to have the Trust Certification (no exception). The Z6Pro will hold it's hover in a decent breeze (little shaky) but nothing that is significant. The forward facing camera take good picture, but he bottom camera is ok but could be a little better (just my opinion) but for the price you can't complain. Below I used this to rate the Z6Pro form Loolinn, as a beginner. The rest of the features I can learn when flying. Now here is how I rated the Z6Pro 1. Easy of use (Beginner) 2. Easy to navigate and use app (Beginner) 3. Return to Home feature works 4. Decent/good video and photos 5. Battery Life 6. Fun and enjoyable

Batteries didn't fit; returned immediately. Edit: Loolinn sent me a replacement drone, and the batteries fit correctly on this one. Once I've had a chance to test it further, I will write up a fuller review.

I've had the Loolin z6 Pro drone for several months. I've used this drone for high definition aerial photography, the camera is a Full HD 1080p camera. The pictures and video is top quality. Right out of the box this drone is very easy to setup on your smartphone. I was unboxed and flying in less than 15 minutes. The instructions are clear and concise. During hover the drone hold position very well, and in flight it handles very well in light wind. Because the drone is under 1lb I am able to take it with me on hikes to capture pictures and video in remote locations. I was able to fly the drone to about 1000 feet from my location which gives me a great view of my surrounding area. Being that this drone is GPS controlled, it will automatically return to it's launching spot when the batteries are low, or by pressing the return to home button. It can be set up to follow you with the video cam, program routes, orbital panning, and a few other preprogrammed features. This drone has a built in return to home function if connection to the drone is lost. This is the perfect starter drone and makes great present also. I highly recommend this drone!
