Fissler Vitavit Premium 1.9 Quart Pressure Skillet

Great cooker for a small family, heavy duty fiddler product. Expensive than most cookers on line but worth the quality. Wish they gave extra gaskets .

I love this smaller Fissler! I keep it on the stove and use it daily. I have a much larger version that I bought during Covid and it is also wonderful, but this smaller one is much easier to store and use on a very regular basis.

Super easy to depressurize. And it gives you an idea of how much pressure by 3 settings and visual colored guage. Also available in sets. Warms up quickly.

Love the size, works perfect on induction cooking. Easy to clean and easy to use. Would recommend.

I like the safety features and the fact it is easy to clean.

Tenía mis dudas de si sería algo pequeña, pero cuando la ves en persona te das cuenta que es perfecta. En 6 minutos ya pilla la máxima presión, se puede hacer cualquier cosa en 20 minutos. Rebosa calidad por todos lados. El precio es elevado pero nada es perfecto 😄

ich habe bisher nur mit WMF-Schnellkochtöpfen gearbeitet. Aber ich suchte etwas kleines und das nicht als Pfanne, sprich breit und flach. In diesen Topf passt mein Siebeinsatz vom 3,5l WMF- Schnellkochtopf perfekt. Die Garstufe wird schnell erreicht und mit wenig Energie auch gehalten. Die Reinigung ist einfach und kann sehr gut auch von Hand erfolgen, dann ist die Spülmaschine nicht gleich voll. Wenn ich nicht schon so alt wäre, würde ich sagen, in Zukunft kaufe ich nur noch Fissler! Aber ich denke, so viele Schnellkochtöpfe werde ich nicht mehr brauchen :-)
