I bought this a few years back and reacted badly to it so I just gave it away to a friend at the time. This was due to mucosal irritation, which is the same tissue as mouth lining and gut lining hence why both my gut and mouth reacted badly to this. Please be very careful in future if you have a sensitive stomach like me to make sure the ingredients list is short, simple and does not contain these additives.

they are selleing it as Protein, but its not, its just a mass gainer with a lot of carbs and suger(edit) please don't waste your money. it has been one week using it and i got acne all over my skin.
