Absolutely. A chemical smell that caused me to cough every time and would make my throat dry

How does this compare to City Lips booster?

I don’t know about City Lips, but I was not to impressed with Paula’s Choice Boist. I used it as instructed for about a week and didn’t see any difference

Can this be used under liquid lip color?

You could do that. It will dry quick tho. It also has a very chemical smell to it that made my throat dry and caused me to caugh.

So is this a nightly treatment? Or can it be worn under lipstick?

I think either one would work. Make sure you don’t get it in your mouth since it’s got a chemical smell to it
