Great scent, but be aware of the Scent Bandit!
Looking for a heavenly scent for your home? I recommend trying out this Hotel Collection scent. In my opinion, it’s not an overbearing flowery scent; it smells great!Apparently, someone else thought so too. I have received two packages of the scent with broken seals. The first time, I thought it was a fluke until it happened again. The second time, the oil was spilled in the packaging leaving less than half of the oil inside the bottle. Thankfully, Amazon has remedied the issue on my end, but the bandit may still be on the loose.

Funny smell. No pleasant.
Black Velvet. The bottle is a good deal for the money but the smell is not great. Smells funny and to me actually kind of stinks. I ordered my way before and it smelled really good, so this one I am disappointed with. Will not buy this scent again.

Scent disperse fast
This product smell disperse quickly. Maybe I got a bad batch. I am disappointed

Horrible company and producr
Defective product…that’s why the warranty is only 90 days. Tried customer service and they tried to sell me a subscription as a solution. Asked to speak with a manager and was told management does not speak with customers. Read the reviews outside of Hotel Collection site and they are 1 star. Very bad product and company. Stay away…it’s a scam.

Avoid Diffuser and Scents
Firstly, connecting this diffuser to your wi-fi is frustrating, and the company's brief instructions are incomplete. Secondly, in the end, my diffuser's internal part fell into the fragrance bottle--WTH. When I inquired about a replacement part, the company never responded. Lastly, I found most of their scents to be too much like perfume, the type of scent from which many people will get headaches. I just tossed my broken $200 diffuser in the trash--with issue unresolved--and washed my hands of it. Live and learn. Notwithstanding, I wish anyone who tries this product the best of luck. I just had a very lousy experience all around.
