The product is amazing and works beautifully in my hair! I leave on for a minute or 2 and rinse. I am not sure why people are giving low reviews based on the shipping. It lathers great and does not leave my hair purple because I don’t leave it on for long. It removes brassy tones.

Ayuda a mantener el color, tiene un aroma gradable, pero en mi caso, no me deja tan suave el cabello, pero se complementa perfectamente con el acondicionador

Dried out my hair and didn't seem to help with the brassy at all. Returned.

For grey hair it gives a nice lavender glow. The Joico I had gave deep purple and wasn’t as flattering. I love this Chi product.
