Awesome machine!
Took a chance on this cutie that had no reviews and I’m stoked that I did! It’s definitely a bit of a project since you’ve gotta drill a hole in the wall and pour some concrete but they included everything else that I needed except for a vacuum pump and gauge set (can find that on Amzn) and a cover for the lines going outside (also available here)… okay and an electrical disconnect. Get some nylog for the threads on the pipes and an HVAC friend of mine said to put just a little bit of vegetable oil on the flaired tips to help them seat so I did that. The flairs looked very smooth and clean so I didn’t have to re-flair them, THANKFULLY. I tried to use a torque wrench on the connections but had trouble finding the right size wrench so eventually just used my best judgement for a snug fit by hand. Time will tell if I have any leaks. Instructions were pretty good. Operationally and cosmetically I love it! Both the inside and outside units are very quiet. So far I have nothing negative to say. New A/C unit
It was very easy to install and hook up. I was impressed just how easy it all was. It saved me a lot of money and in this high cost economy where everything is expensive and the fact I did the install myself. I was very pleased.

Blow air the same than my dellla 12000 btus
It blows very little air, it is not enough for even 400 sqf,i have a della minisplit 12k btus and blows more air than this.something went wrong,i did buy the same brand with 18k btus and works perfect but this 16500 btus is horrible...please do not buy from them they have a horrible customer service..they took days just to answer a message

So Far So Good
So far this little mini split has been amazing. Had to enlist a friend with gauges and a vacuum pump to complete the install but well worth it. The condensing unit is so quiet it unbelievable and the air handler inside is less noisy that a box fan. I will be buying one for the garage as well.

It dies with only a few days use and no help
It died after a few days and no error code to tell what happened. It starts and the fan works but no heat or cool air comiong. Tech support is useless and apparently no manufacturer warranty. 600 down the drain. Dont buy
