Q: Can this be used in lipgloss ?

It will stain your lips (and seep through the pores/ skin lines around them making you look pretty funny), so although it’s safe to use, I’d find a product that is specifically made for lip application!

Q: Will this wash off of walls, floors? i will be making colored cornstarch and want it to be able to wash off of everything.

The colors are water soluble and should wash off pretty easily.

Q: How much would I need for 5 gallons of liquid?

It really would depend on the depth of color you are looking for!
