This product is good 👍🏼 but tastes best with almond milk. A little expensive but does help sugar craving.

Expensive
These are pretty good overall. I especially loved the vanilla flavor. I bought more of it. Blends about the same as other protein powder mixes. TOO EXPENSIVE!!!!!

Expired food product
This product is way past the expiration date. Ordered in July of 2025, but the product I received expired in December 2023.

Good product, impractical price
310 Shakes are very good, except for the coconut flavor. They have great nutrients and high fiber, and a better source of protein than other meal supplement drinks I bought on Amazon because of difficulty managing my subscription on the 310 web-site. The price for the 3-pack is too high for the amount of product you receive so buyer beware.

You will lose weight
It got delivered with powder all over. They have a no return policy. Tried the chocolate. It was horrible. I had a coworker try this and they thought it was awful too.

Grainy and cloyingly sweet
I purchased the samples of these. The texture is very grainy despite heavy mixing and there is an earthy undercurrent taste. They are so sweet it is a bit much... the flavors are artificial tasting. That said, I really prefer unflavored mixes like this so I can add them to what I want. Also, if you join the FB community for this product, they only allow positive reviews and posts so it is deceptive. They delete anything less than glowing.
