My mom has been I'll and unfortunately with diffrent people coming to take care of her her stats are also written down on diffrent places so it's hard to keep track so this is exactly what I needed so everyone has one place to write and makes life so much better must have if u have this same issue and easy to bring to Dr also. Spiral bound would be easier, but has all vital information.

My handwriting is small. I can make double entries on most of the info I record. But if my handwriting was larger, or I wanted to use a felt tip pen, I don't think it would work as well as it does for me. I use all of the spaces except "blood sugar." I record BP, temp, heart rate and respiration as well as the date and a nice space for notes. There are about 30 lines of space on each page. Paper quality/ thickness is excellent.

Handy. There is a place to record everything for my 106 year old grandmothers doctor visit. Exactly what i needed.
