Used this to prevent my Ikea Kallax tv unit from pushing against the wall. Works well and is easy to adjust the distance from the wall. I used the Kallax to build a tv unit and have my NAS, Gaming systems and receiver in the unit. It was important for me to have space on the back for cables and air flow. These were easy to screw in or attach with the sticky pads (very strong adhesive pads). Very easy cheap but sturdy solution. Also it doesn’t damage the wall.

Seem to be working good. Installed only 2 of the 4. Unsure about adhesive as we shoved our bed against the wall an we have not moved it since, so they are sandwiched. Setting up was a bit of a chore. Some were finger tight and others I needed tools to loosen each of the sections. Also I recommend a tape measure if you're OCD like I was about being the same length. Seem heavy duty and well made.

We put these under the shower in our travel trailer. I put a small one by three, about four inches long against the bottom of the shower floor. That really helped solid the floor up , every time we move it, I recheck them because sometimes during moving they move. Another good thing is instead of putting something solid, I can remove in cars I need to work on the plumbing.

Installed these to make our headboard more sturdy. It didn't fit our bed frame, so the headboard was not secure, and when we installed these it held up perfectly! I put them on 3 months ago and have not even thought about them because it has worked so well. Took a little while to install correctly, but it wasn't super hard to do. Very sticky, still on there.

Perfect exactly what I was looking for! Especially for really low beds that need a little more support.

These were easy to install to stabilize the headboard from banging against the wall.

Purchased a large new king beset. Added four of these to the back of my head board and it changes everything. I can sit up in bed easily while reading or working on my laptop. the headboard now makes no noise and planted well against the wall without causing any damage to the wall. I found these do an amazing job at supporting the headboard while ensuring the bed doesnt get pushed away from the wall or the frame itself. I ended up purchasing these again for a family member and they too also love these Would recommend.
