**Q: What size are the letters?**
A: 1"

**Q: Is the frame on the gray light oak like the product photo or dark oak like the customer reviews?**
A: The one I ordered was dark oak as well like the reviews.

**Q: Does this come in a larger size? 36x48”?**
A: Hi, 24x36 is our largest size.  We do have multiple colors in this size.  You could also consider buying 2 to put side by side.  We are currently selling the pink ones at cost to liquidate.

**Q: Can this board be used horizontally?  We would like one that can be hung sideways, as long as the letters will stay in?**
A: The slots for letters can only be used if the board is hung vertically.
