Many reviews I've read complain of the adhesive left after removal and trying to scrub off in the shower, all it takes is rubbing alcohol on a paper towel hold on leftover adhesive a couple of seconds and will wipe right off, no fuss, no scrubbing, my only complaint is the high price when you have to use two patches a day. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First time user *by on Reviewed in the United States May 1, 2025* I've used other patches from this company (mainly the sleep and caffeine ones) and my husband decided to surprise me with a new batch of sleep ones and bought these as well. I happened to get my time of the month a few days after getting these and I get reallly bad cramps on day 1 and 2. I took my usual pill to reduce the pain on day 1 and decided to put one of these on around 8pm before bedtime. It took about 1 hour to kick in but it did stop my cramps and reduced the pain so I would fall asleep. I really like putting a patch on over taking an oral pill so these may be my new life hack, especially when traveling. You also need to put this one on your stomach area so it isn't visable which makes it super easy to wear around others ( the other patches go on your wrist so its a little more noticable).
