poor instruction and quality
Back in US installed this kind of chair for my mom in10 mins. The instruction is not helpful. i made mistakes and have to reassemble several times. My mom desperately needed one in INDIA so i ordered one. the quality is poor...because i slided the handle in to one of the slot and it cracked, will have the picture to prove it.....overall i am very disappointed with the product ...

Good item and is as described. Took 2 hours to assemble. Hopefully it stays strong and can carry weight. It was ordered for elderly people and I hope it will be helpful for them 🙏 Thanks.

Manufactured flaw - should not be sold anymore
This has no good instructions and made us redo our steps three times. It felt like each piece was from a different chair. Took us 2 hours to fix an unstable chair. Was frustrated to even return because taking apart took so much effort. Do not buy

Quality and assembly steps
The assembly instructions are really bad. I don’t know how everyone is figuring it out. May be hard way like me. The quality of the product is not good.

Risky for ELDERLY
As you can in the product picture the arm rest sits in a mettalic hole. The delivered item shows a cracked plastic holder. Imagine an elderly person trying to get up and the arm rest snapping. Wouldn’t recommend this product. Thanks to Amazon issue was amicably resolved. 10 on 10 to Amazon customer service. 0 on 10 for the product

Senior citizen bathroom chair
Worest product. Don't waste your money. It breaks before fixing. Many brands in the product. Unsuits screws etc
